Crescent Edge Consulting See More Job Openings by This EmployerWe are seeking Labor & Employment Associates with 2 – 8 years of experience (Class Years 2017 – 2023) to join busy and collaborative practices serving high-profile national clients across Orange County and Los Angeles.
Position OverviewAssociates will:

Handle a broad range of employment and other complex commercial litigation, including single- and multi-plaintiff matters in federal and state court and arbitration.

Work on wage-and-hour, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful-termination, and class-action lawsuits.

Draft and respond to pleadings and discovery, take and defend depositions, prepare substantive motions, and participate in mediation and trial preparation.

Provide employment advisory support, including policy review, compliance counseling, and risk management.

(For senior associates) Contribute to cases involving restrictive-covenant or traditional labor issues.

Experience: 2 – 8 years post-JD (Class Years 2017 – 2023).

Bar Admission: Active membership in the State Bar of California.

Skills: Excellent academic credentials, strong analytical, research, and writing skills, and effective communication abilities.

Preferred: Prior employment-advisory experience; experience handling class actions or wage-and-hour litigation; trial or trial-preparation experience; restrictive-covenant or traditional labor exposure a plus.

Anticipated Base Salary Range: $210,000 – $255,000, depending on experience and location.
