Business Development and Marketing Manager - Healthcare

We are pleased to represent a leading international Am Law 50 firm in the recruitment of a Business Development and Marketing Manager to support the rapid expansion of the Healthcare industry team. This high-profile role involves working closely with Industry Team Leaders (ITLs) and team members to deepen the firm’s market positioning, enhance client engagement, and drive growth through strategic marketing and business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Growth & Knowledge Management: Drive the Healthcare team’s expansion by implementing and optimizing knowledge management systems and ensuring materials support strategic marketing and business development efforts.
• Business Development & Client Engagement: Oversee the team’s pitches, proposals, and presentations and manage strategic initiatives, including seminars, sponsorships, and speaking engagements, to strengthen client relatonships and attract new business opportunities.
• Marketing & Credentials: Oversee marketing materials, directory submissions, awards, and recognition efforts to align with the team’s strategic goals and elevate the group’s profile.
  
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of business development strategies and marketing efforts across the firm.
  

Credentials and Expertise:

• Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field is required.
• Experience: A minimum of 5-7 years of business development and marketing experience in a law firm environment is required, with a preference for candidates who have supported the Healthcare industry.
  
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the firm. 
  
• Demonstrates a strong work ethic, resourcefulness, and independence and thrives in a high-visibility, fast-paced environment.

Employees are entitled to competitive compensation that aligns with their skills and experience. Exact pay will depend on factors such as expertise, experience, location, and other considerations allowed by law. The expected base salary range for this position is $130,800 - $165,000
