Role Summary

As a paralegal, you will be an integral part of the legal team, assisting attorneys with comprehensive case preparation, document management, and ensuring the smooth handling of legal matters. The successful candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities with ease.

Primary Duties:

  • Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis to support case strategies
  • Draft, review, and organize legal documents including motions, briefs, contracts, and correspondence
  • Maintain meticulous case files, ensuring information is accurate and current
  • Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other parties to gather necessary information
  • Assist with trial preparation, hearings, and meetings, including scheduling and logistics coordination
  • Ensure timely and accurate filing of legal documents with courts and administrative agencies
  • Oversee attorney schedules, track case deadlines, and ensure adherence to legal requirements
  • Utilize legal software and databases to manage case information and track progress


Requirements
  • Capable of working independently as well as in a team setting
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • At least 5 years of experience working as a paralegal in a law firm
  • Paralegal certification preferred
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies or related field
