The Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office is looking for highly motivated non-legal interns for our 2026 spring internship program. These internships are an excellent opportunity to work closely with our teams on a wide range of public interest issues.
As a Spring non-legal intern, you will spend your spring making a difference. Our part-time spring program provides students with a structured and enriching experience, including networking opportunities, and meaningful work that supports the AGO’s mission.
Position Requirements:
- Must be a student currently enrolled in college. If you have completed college and are not enrolled in a masters program you are not eligible for this program.
- Must be able to work a minimum of 12 hours per week.
- The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a connection to the people and communities we serve and an interest in supporting a respectful, diverse, equitable, and inclusive work environment.
Position Type: Part-Time/Non-Exempt. Must be able to be in office 1 day a week with one remote day.
Our current hybrid model includes 1 remote workday for most positions. On in-office days, employees are required to report to one of our designated office locations, either in Boston or at a regional office.
Salary: Spring Internships are unpaid
