About the Role:
We’re looking for a versatile paralegal. This is a hybrid position.
This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a team-oriented environment and takes pride in keeping things organized and efficient.
Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and manage legal documents for public finance transactions.
- Conduct legal and factual research to support attorneys.
- Assist in preparing materials for transaction closings.
- Attend meetings and coordinate with clients, attorneys, and third parties.
- Manage project timelines and document tracking systems.
- Assist with document signatures, filings, and delivery coordination.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree required; high academic standing or commensurate experience preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Friendly, professional, and dependable with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and document management systems.
- Experience in public finance, real estate, or transactional law is a plus.
Schedule & Work Environment:
We currently follow a hybrid schedule with 3 mandatory days in the office and flexibility on the remaining days.
Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this full-time role is $58,000 to $68,000 per year. Actual salary will depend upon several factors, including, relevant experience, job-related skills, and qualifications.
