This position serves as the manager of the Bureau of Elections Litigation and Enforcement Section. This section coordinates and conducts enforcement actions under Michigan Election Law, Michigan Campaign Finance Act, Michigan Lobbyist Registration Act, and other laws the Bureau is responsible for administering. The section also works with the Department of Attorney General on litigation in cases where the Director of Elections, Bureau of Elections or Board of State Canvassers are involved.

Education
Possession of a bachelor's degree in any major.
ExperienceFour years of professional experience, including two years equivalent to the experienced (P11) level or one year equivalent to the advanced (12) level.

Alternate Education and Experience
Education level typically acquired through completion of high school and two years of safety and regulatory or law enforcement experience at the 14 level; or, one year of safety and regulatory or law enforcement experience at the 15 level, may be substituted for the education and experience requirements.
ORAt least an educational level typically acquired through completion of high school AND at least four years of professional experience including two years equivalent to the experienced (P11) level or one year equivalent to the advanced (12) level gained in the State of Michigan classified service.
