RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage complex criminal defense cases from start to finish, including scheduling appointments, hearings, and trials.
- Draft and file various legal documents, such as motions, pleadings, and discovery requests.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis.
- Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, court personnel, and opposing counsel.
- Assist the attorney in court proceedings, including preparing trial notebooks and attending hearings.
- Maintain accurate and organized case files, ensuring compliance with all deadlines and court rules.
- Utilize technology effectively for legal research, case management, and communication.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Minimum Education: College Education or equivalent
- Criminal Law experience (At least 2 years of experience)
