Job Description
Our growing mid-sized law firm is seeking experienced Bilingual Paralegals (Spanish/English) to join our Freehold, NJ office. The ideal candidate will have a background in personal injury plaintiff work and the ability to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking clients.
Responsibilities:
- Support attorneys in all phases of personal injury cases (plaintiff side).
- Draft, review, and file legal documents.
- Manage client communications and maintain case files.
- Translate and interpret for Spanish-speaking clients as needed.
- Assist with trial preparation and discovery.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in both Spanish and English (oral and written) required.
- Prior experience in personal injury plaintiff litigation strongly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
