Klinedinst PC is seeking an enthusiastic, energetic, and focused attorney who is ready to join our growing and dynamic team in San Diego.
Candidates must be an attorney with 4+ years of experience to take depositions, interview witnesses, write motions, and analyze employment law matters involving harassment, discrimination, and retaliation claims. Experience with wage and hour class action and PAGA representative claims is preferred.
