Job Description
We are representing an international Am Law 100 firm to recruit a Senior Business Development Manager who will be a part of the global marketing and business development team supporting the Litigation practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Development Support: Collaborate with lawyers in assigned practices to design and execute tailored business development plans and initiatives.
- Tailored Marketing Materials: Create, customize, and update pitch materials, directory submissions, and other content, ensuring each piece is strategically written and aligned with target audiences.
- Opportunity Identification: Monitor business, legal, and geopolitical news to uncover and leverage strategic opportunities for individual partners and practice groups.
- Event & Campaign Execution: Plan, execute, and follow up on client events, webinars, and thought leadership campaigns to strengthen client engagement.
- Partner Integration: Lead business development efforts for onboarding and integrating assigned lateral partners effectively.
Credentials and Expertise:
- Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field required.
- Experience: A minimum of 8 years of professional marketing, business development, or relevant experience in a law firm or professional services organization.
- Interpersonal and communication skills: Exceptional interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills are critical to success.
