Responsibilities:
As a Workers’ Compensation Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in assisting our attorneys and providing exceptional support to our clients. Some key responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining up-to-date and accurate case notes in our advanced case management system
- Efficiently handling the opening and processing of cases/files, ensuring all necessary documentation is obtained
- Client Communications
- Requesting and organizing supporting documentation
- Filing necessary forms and documents with the MD Workers’ Compensation Commission
- Prepare cases for hearings
