Transactional Associate – Baltimore/Flexible (#793)

Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell and Berkowitz, P.C. seeks a mid-level an associate attorney with four or more years of transactional experience to join its sophisticated Financial Services group. Academically distinguished applicants with excellent writing and analytical skills and sound judgment are sought to assume responsibility within an active and diverse transactional practice, continuing or developing a particular focus on financing of transportation assets (vessel, corporate aircraft, and rolling stock) as well as supporting a broad array of lending and leasing transactions including but not limited to equipment leasing, asset-based lending, and structured finance. The successful candidate will assist with drafting, structuring, negotiating, and closing loan agreements, lease agreements, security documents, and other related transactional documents. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and hardworking with strong organizational skills.
