Job Description

Intake Attorney (Sales-Focused)

Remote/Hybrid Opportunities

The Staff Pad has partnered with a fast-growing, multi-state law firm that delivers high-quality legal services in civil litigation, probate, real estate, and business law. With a strong reputation for client advocacy and results, this firm is expanding its team and seeking a dynamic Intake Attorney to drive client growth and engagement.

This is not a traditional back-office legal role — it’s a client-facing, sales-focused position designed for an attorney who thrives on building trust, communicating value, and closing new business. The ideal candidate will bring 5–10 years of litigation experience and have the personality, drive, and legal insight to convert prospective clients into long-term partners. It’s fast-paced, performance-driven, and highly rewarding for attorneys who love a challenge.

Location:

Open to attorneys licensed in Colorado, Texas, Arkansas, Michigan, Kentucky, Oklahoma, North Carolina, or Illinois. Preference will be given to candidates who can work on-site full-time in one of the firm’s Colorado offices (Denver Tech Center, Downtown Denver, or Colorado Springs).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the client intake process from first contact through signed engagement.
  • Conduct initial consultations, provide legal guidance, and evaluate case viability.
  • Convert consultations into active clients in a high-volume environment.
  • Accurately document client details and ensure smooth case handoffs to internal teams.
  • Collaborate with litigation, probate, real estate, and business law attorneys for case transitions.
  • Address client concerns and maintain satisfaction throughout the intake process.
  • Support leadership with staff training and process improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed attorney with 5–10 years of experience, preferably in civil litigation.
  • Proven sales or business development experience within or outside of law.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and client service skills.
  • Highly driven, energetic, and persistent — with a proactive work ethic.
  • Ability to work remotely with responsiveness and strong organization skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Potential earnings up to $240,000 annually through performance incentives.
  • Comprehensive benefits package including:
  • 401(k)
  • Health, dental & vision insurance
  • Paid time off
