Paralegal

We are looking for a highly skilled paralegal with substantial experience in drafting and managing documents working with rural land owners. The ideal candidate will work closely with attorneys to support clients through complex transactions.

This is a full time in office position suited for a motivated and detail oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to serving landowners with integrity and precision.

Key Responsibilities

Draft, review and revise documents, contracts

Manage deadlines, organize case files and maintain accurate documentation

Perform legal research

Assist attorneys in preparation for client meetings and hearings

Maintain excellent communication with clients and external partners

Ensure compliance with state and local regulations related to rural property

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years experience as a paralegal

Significant drafting experience

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines

Paralegal certification or degree from an accredited program
