Paralegal

Position: Paralegal – Corporate 
Location: Atlanta, GA 30303 (In-Office)

Main Street Auto is one of the fastest-growing independent automotive service groups in the U.S. We’re expanding rapidly and looking for a motivated Corporate Paralegal to join our high-performing legal team at our Atlanta headquarters.

What You’ll Do: 

As a Corporate Paralegal, you’ll work closely with the Senior Legal Counsel and General Counsel to support legal operations—especially related to our acquisitions of auto repair shops and real estate across the country. You’ll also gain hands-on experience supporting a wide variety of corporate legal matters. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Assist with reviewing and summarizing due diligence for M&A and real estate transactions 

• Help organize and manage company legal entities 

• Support closings by coordinating with internal teams and outside counsel 

• Track key legal deadlines and maintain the legal team’s calendar 

• Organize, archive, and share legal documentation as needed 

• Route contracts for internal review and approval 

• Provide administrative support to the legal team (scheduling, documents, etc.) 

What We’re Looking For: 

•  Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 

•  Excellent written and verbal communication 

•  Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment 

•  A team player who’s eager to learn and grow 

•  Notary Public certification or willingness to obtain one 

Bonus Points If You Have: 

• A paralegal certificate or degree in legal studies 

• 1–2 years of experience in a legal, M&A, or real estate environment 

• Experience with corporate entity formations or maintenance
