Candidate Profile:- JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
- Bar Admission in Florida.
- 3+ years of substantive experience in broad and sophisticated real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, debt financing, joint ventures, and development projects.
- Additional experience in borrower-side finance is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated large law firm experience, with exceptional writing and communication skills.
- Advise clients on a wide range of real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, debt financing, joint ventures, development projects, and leasing.
- Draft and negotiate complex real estate agreements, ensuring alignment with client goals and objectives.
- Provide guidance on borrower-side finance matters, leveraging expertise to deliver exceptional client service.
- Collaborate with a dynamic team of attorneys in a fast-paced and innovative environment.
