REAL ESTATE ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY   Location: Miami, FL

 

Our client, a prestigious AmLaw 100 national law firm, is seeking a highly qualified and motivated Associate Attorney to join their Real Estate Practice Group in Miami, Florida.

  Candidate Profile:
  • JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
  • Bar Admission in Florida.
  • 3+ years of substantive experience in broad and sophisticated real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, debt financing, joint ventures, and development projects.
  • Additional experience in borrower-side finance is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated large law firm experience, with exceptional writing and communication skills.
  Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise clients on a wide range of real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, debt financing, joint ventures, development projects, and leasing.
  • Draft and negotiate complex real estate agreements, ensuring alignment with client goals and objectives.
  • Provide guidance on borrower-side finance matters, leveraging expertise to deliver exceptional client service.
  • Collaborate with a dynamic team of attorneys in a fast-paced and innovative environment.
