Remote, Contract -based West Virginia Family Law Attorney Opportunity - 10+ Hours/Week

Due to increased demand, we are now interviewing for a qualified, experienced, and dedicated West Virginia Family Law Attorney<\/b>.
<\/p>

Remote work hours will vary, but are expected to be approximately 10+ hours per week<\/b>.
<\/p>Attorney Responsibilities:<\/b><\/span>
<\/h3>

• Provide in -person coverage for hearings, depositions, and other court -related proceedings as needed
  <\/li>
• Review family law case files and assist with case strategy
  <\/li>
• Help move active matters forward and ensure cases remain on track
  <\/li>
• Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and other family law documents
  <\/li>
• Assist with case management and litigation support
  <\/li>
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to support ongoing family law matters
  <\/li><\/ul>

  Attorney Requirements:<\/b><\/span>
  <\/h3>

  • Licensed and in good standing to practice law in the State of West Virginia
    <\/li>
  • Located in North or Central West Virginia, preferably in or near the Morgantown area
    <\/li>
  • Minimum of 5+ years of family law experience
    <\/li>
  • Comfortable handling in -person hearings and deposition coverage
    <\/li>
  • Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills
    <\/li>
  • Experience with case review, litigation strategy, and case management
    <\/li>
  • Organized, detail -oriented, and able to meet deadlines
    <\/li>
  • Self -starter who can work independently
    <\/li><\/ul>

    Our Attorney pay rate starts at $80/hour.
