
Part-Time Legal Receptionist – Immediate Start
Location: Birmingham, AL 35203
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 12:30 PM

Position Overview:
As the first point of contact for our firm, you will manage the front desk, greet clients and visitors, handle phone calls, and provide general administrative support. Your professionalism and attention to detail will help ensure a smooth experience for both our clients and our team.
Key Responsibilities:

Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally

Greet and assist clients and visitors

Manage conference room scheduling

Handle incoming and outgoing mail

Provide general administrative support as needed
Skills and Qualifications:

Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role (law firm experience preferred)

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Professional appearance and ability to dress in business casual attire
