Bankruptcy & Restructuring Associate Attorney - Midlevel

Our Bankruptcy & Restructuring group represents debtors, official committees, acquirers, and significant creditors in both out-of-court workouts and in-court proceedings throughout the nation. In addition, the Bankruptcy & Restructuring group represents clients in bankruptcy litigation matters involving fraudulent and preferential transfers.

The ideal candidate will have excellent academic credentials and 2-5 years of commercial bankruptcy experience at a national law firm. California compensation range: $235,000 to $365,000 annually. Compensation depends on qualifications and experience.
