We’re on the lookout for a Corporate Counsel (5–8 years) to join our high-performing team of legal strategists. You’ll work closely with seasoned partners and innovative clients across industries to handle exciting mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and more. Think fast-paced, big-ticket deals—with a healthy dose of collaboration, mentorship, and good vibes.

What You’ll Be Doing 🚀

• Leading and supporting mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings

• Drafting and negotiating purchase agreements, operating/shareholder agreements, term sheets, and more

• Advising clients through all stages of the deal cycle—from LOI to closing and beyond

• Providing strategic guidance on corporate governance and securities compliance

• Collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams, clients, and counterparties

What We’re Looking For 🕵️‍♀️

• 5–8 years of law firm experience in M&A, corporate, or transactional law

• Strong knowledge of deal structure, diligence, and documentation

• Bonus points for experience in private equity or venture-backed transactions (but not required!)

• Exceptional drafting, analytical, and communication skills

• Detail-obsessed and highly organized 🧠

• Comfortable juggling multiple projects and timelines without missing a beat

• JD from a top law school + admission to the California Bar preferred
