About the Role: As a Staff Attorney, you will play a key role in advocating for personal injury clients, ensuring they receive skilled legal representation. This position offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced attorneys and gain hands-on litigation experience while being mentored by leaders in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Managing Shareholder and Attorneys in handling and litigating personal injury cases from intake through resolution, including trial.
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and provide counsel to clients.
- Ensure accurate and timely case management in alignment with firm procedures.
- Represent clients in settlement negotiations, hearings, and trials as needed.
- Collaborate with a team-oriented office environment, contributing to the firm’s positive culture.
Candidate Qualifications:
- Licensed to practice law in Washington State.
- Prior experience in plaintiff’s personal injury law preferred.
- Strong communication, legal research, and writing skills.
- Ability to manage a high caseload and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Passion for client advocacy, professionalism, and delivering results.
- Interest in trial work is a plus.

- Salary: $78,000/year for attorneys with 0-3 years of experience
