Systems Limited is looking for a legal counsel, reporting will be to the Senior
Legal Counsel or the Head of Legal. We are looking for someone with specialized
knowledge and experience in product companies having proven experience in
handled complex commercial transactions, especially licensing deals.

  draft, negotiate and manage complex SaaS/Cloud and other kinds of
  licensing agreements
• Calibri;mso-hansi-theme-mso-bidi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">Build
  legal frameworks and strategies for outbound and inbound software
  licensing transactions
• Calibri;mso-hansi-theme-mso-bidi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">Resolve
  legal issues and contract interpretation matters
• Calibri;mso-hansi-theme-mso-bidi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">Handling
  contract disputes and liaising with law firms where required
• Calibri;mso-hansi-theme-mso-bidi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">Discuss
  with internal stakeholders to structure contracts and respond to RFP / RFI

  in developing framework from a legal perspective for software products
  creation and launch
