Job Description

Aubrey Thrasher, LLC is a national collections and creditors' rights law firm. Based in Atlanta, Georgia, Aubrey Thrasher represents banks, non-bank lenders, credit unions, equipment finance companies and other financial institutions in the collection of commercial and consumer debt. Aubrey Thrasher's attorneys file litigation and post-judgment actions directly in nine states and nationally through a network of law firms. The firm seeks a full-time Co-Director of Litigation for its growing practice to join the attorneys and other professionals in the collaborative environment of its Buckhead, Atlanta office. The firm offers training and development opportunities for enthusiastic new team members to grow with the firm.

Responsibilities:

· Direct and help support a team of paralegals

· Manage a large volume of case files

· Review complaints, affidavits, motions, and other court filings

· Communicate with clients, court staff, and local counsel

· Ensure litigation paralegals are reaching our internal goals and meeting client expectations

· Take initiative to continue to improve processes and efficiency within the litigation department

Qualifications:

· At least 2 years of legal support or paralegal experience

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel

· Strong organizational and time management skills

· Excellent written and verbal communication

Location:

Atlanta, GA (Buckhead) - in office

Salary:

$65-70k
