KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

✔ Lead class certification efforts, ensuring compliance with Rule 23 and state class action

standards.

✔ Develop strong class-wide legal theories that withstand motions to dismiss and summary judgment.

✔ Manage class notification, claims processing, and settlement administration.

✔ Coordinate multi-state litigation efforts, working with co-counsel nationwide.

✔ Prepare for high-stakes settlement negotiations and trial litigation.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

✅ Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

✅ Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.

✅ 7+ years of class action litigation experience, with a focus on certification strategy.

Salary

• $450,000 - $600,000/year
