The Multifamily Housing Finance Group (MFH) represents lenders active in the multifamily housing industry, closing loans secured by multifamily projects, and delivering those loans to secondary market investors. The MFH Administrative Coordinator is primarily responsible for providing administrative support for the MFH Finance Practice Group.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist in fostering an environment of superior customer service by working collaboratively with attorneys and staff at all levels.
Collaborate with resources inside and outside the firm as appropriate to complete projects or tasks.
Coordinate all attorney travel arrangements including conference registrations.
Coordinate with business development team to support conference attendance and travel itineraries.
Coordinate the purchase and delivery of the practice groups client gifts.
Assist as needed with logistics for team building activities and events.
Assist with client invoice tracking and reconciliation of client invoices for matter related expenses.
Assist as needed in coordinating logistics for Practice Group meetings and trainings.
Provide back up support to Matter Intake Coordinator for opening matters and deal tracking, ensuring all necessary transaction details are recorded.
Manage Practice Group's client contact database, ensuring accuracy with information captured.
Assist attorneys in maintaining practice group internal rosters and deal lists.
Process expense reimbursements, invoices, and check requests using accounting software.
Maintain confidentiality when handling matters for clients and other attorney information.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Demonstrated sound judgement and good discretion.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in a deadline-driven environment.
Ability to provide quality client service to both internal and external clients effectively and professionally.
Willingness and ability to accept changing assignments and priorities.
Proactive approach to tasks and opportunities for growth.
Moderate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
Education and/or Experience:
Minimum of two (2) years administrative experience and/or training.
Experience in handling financial data, including reconciling accounts and researching unresolved invoices.

Hiring Salary Range:
- $50,000 - $70,000
