- Description
Support staff provide general administrative, secretarial, and clerical services to the Division, including document management, mail, scanning, telephone inquiries, photocopying, and facsimile transmission, reporting to a Section Chief and designated attorneys.
- Examples of Duties
- Functions as clerical, secretarial, and organizational support to the division.
- Provides general support services, including but not limited to photocopying, electronic and physical transmission of items, reception and management of phone, mail, and email correspondence.
- Ensures compliance with all office, division, and section standards and guidelines. Maintains office and division electronic files and programs.
- Interacts with legal and support staff in a civil and cooperative manner.
- Coordinates filing and matter due dates to ensure timely preparation of filing documents.
- Typical Qualifications
Previous paralegal work experience or certification preferred
