Responsibilities:

Handle all phases of employment litigation, including discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims.

Manage FLSA and wage and hour matters, including class and collective actions.

Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and memoranda.

Take and defend depositions, manage discovery, and interview witnesses.

Prepare EEOC position statements, DFEH responses, and other administrative filings.

Provide advice and counsel to employers on compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, including:

COVID-related regulations and workplace safety laws
-
ADA/FEHA compliance and disability accommodation
-
FMLA, CFRA, PDL, and other leave laws
-
Offer guidance on labor relations, employee relations, and internal investigations.
Qualifications:
-
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Active California Bar membership in good standing.

4–7 years of experience in employment litigation.

Demonstrated knowledge of California and federal employment laws.

Experience managing cases independently while collaborating effectively within a team.

Strong research, analytical, and writing skills with a high attention to detail.

Excellent client service orientation and ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
