
Personal Injury Protection Sales Associate

POSITION SUMMARY
We are an established Florida law firm seeking to expand our PIP sales team in Massachusetts. As a PIP Sales Associate, you will play an important role in growing and maintaining relationships with medical providers. This role requires a combination of sales expertise, client education, and the ability to navigate the complexities of the PIP revenue recovery process. You will be responsible for cultivating new client relationships and supporting existing ones through each step of the sales process. The position is both salary plus commission with outstanding financial potential for the right candidate.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
· Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing, working with medical providers in your assigned territory.
· Educate medical providers on the PIP revenue recovery process and the benefits of partnering with the Firm.
· Represent the Firm as a trusted resource for medical claim reimbursement services.
· Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through innovative, client-focused solutions.
· Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
· Represent the firm at events to build relationships with existing Providers and develop potential relations with new Providers.
· Proactively identify strategic efforts to increase PIP Provider clients.
· Hosting and preparation of firm sponsored events both in/out of the office.
· Assist in the development and content needed for newsletters, blogs and marketing material
· Obtain properly executed client BAA and Retainer letters.
· Coordinate provider reviews and preparing files for Demand.
· Processing and uploading of documents into appropriate folders.
· Obtain documents identified on the LLG Request Report to satisfy requirements for Demands.
· Obtain documents from Providers in order to assist Litigation staff in their efforts.
· Hand deliver benefits recovered during Demand and/or Litigation to maintain client relations.
· Providing periodic reporting to Provider clients regarding activity and productivity.
· Create and coordinate in and out-of-office networking/marketing opportunities where Providers can be introduced to the firm.
· Maintain and update Provider spreadsheets.
· Maintain and upload documents into Provider folders.
· Coordination with Firm’s Marketing Department for branding materials, as needed.
· Miscellaneous correspondence and communication with Provider clients.
· Attend regular team meetings to help promote internal growth and collaboration.
