Position Overview

Location: Remote (must be licensed in Florida)  

Hours: 10–15 per week   


Atrium Property Management is seeking a highly skilled Part-Time Attorney with experience in real estate law to support our growing real estate office. This position will provide legal expertise in real estate closings, property transactions, evictions, and related legal matters. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple ongoing legal matters while ensuring compliance with all applicable laws.


Key Responsibilities
  • Handle real estate closings, including document preparation, review, and execution.
  • Check operating agreements, subscription agreements, et al.
  • Advise on real estate law, property transactions, and related legal matters.
  • Manage and oversee eviction proceedings, ensuring compliance with Florida law.
  • Monitor and coordinate legal matters for the entity across various practice areas.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external counsel as necessary to ensure efficient resolution of legal matters.
  • Provide guidance on risk management, contracts, and compliance.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely communication regarding legal matters.
Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Active license to practice law in the State of Florida (required).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in real estate law, including closings and property dealings.
  • Experience handling evictions and knowledge of landlord/tenant law.
  • Ability to manage and track multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Strong research, drafting, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely.
Schedule & Compensation
  • Part-time role: 10–15 hours per week (flexible scheduling).
  • Remote work opportunity with occasional in-person meetings as required.
  • Compensation commensurate with experience.
