Your Role as a Pre-Suit Legal Assistant (Personal Injury Case Manager)

You’ll be the backbone of the client experience, handling 100–120 cases like a pro, ensuring every client feels like your only one.

Responsibilities include:

• Proactive, empathetic communication with clients throughout the case.
• Coordinating and tracking client medical treatment.
• Reviewing and summarizing records and bills.
• Preparing compelling demand letters and participating in settlement strategy.
• Reducing liens, drafting closing statements, and guiding clients through their final steps.
• Owning results—monthly goals, client satisfaction, and file progression.

 

What You Need to Bring:

• 1–3 years of experience in PI law preferred—but attitude, precision, and drive matter most.
• Impeccable attention to detail and natural organizational instincts.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, tech-forward environment.
• Being fully bilingual in English and Spanish is a definite plus.
