Requirements:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field
- 2-4 years of experience as a Paralegal with litigation experience
- Proficiency in probate filings and procedures
- Strong skills in drafting legal documents related to estate planning and trust administration
- Knowledge of Trusts & Estates terminology and concepts preferred

Position OverviewWe are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Paralegal to support our practice in Brielle, NJ. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience as a paralegal with experience in litigation. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
