Experienced Corporate Services/Real Estate Attorney – Tampa, FL

Adams & Reese is seeking an experienced corporate and real estate attorney who is a team player, self-starter, resourceful servant leader, and capable of leading and managing a team of associates effectively. Book of business preferred. Law license required, Florida preferred. Full time in-office in Tampa. The ideal candidate will have the following relevant experience:

Required Experience:

Real Estate

• Commercial acquisitions, dispositions, and financing, to include:
  • Experience with survey and title review;
  • Loan transactions;
  • Legal opinions;
  • Entitlements;
  • Commercial leases;
  • Liens;
  • Bonds;
  • Easements.

• Entity formation and governance;
• Mergers and acquisitions (asset and equity transactions);
• General contract review, revision and negotiation;
• Experience with the construction industry, roofing, and home services is a plus.
