Thompson Law, located in the Oak Lawn area of Dallas, is seeking a Recruiter who will partner in the full life cycle of the recruiting process with our current recruiting team and hiring managers to identify targeted candidates to meet their hiring needs.    

Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Partner in the full life-cycle recruitment process with recruiting and hiring manager team. 

  • Collaborate with HR Director and hiring managers on all aspects of the hiring process. 

  • Proactive sourcing, including leveraging LinkedIn, professional associations, social media, and direct candidate engagement to attract talent. 

  • Operate with a high level of accountability, dependability, confidentiality, and drive for success. 

  • Strong time-management skills with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities timely and effectively. 

  • Create a positive candidate experience through the entire recruiting process. 

Qualifications:  

  • Able to build strong interpersonal relationships with Senior Management, peers, and others at the Firm  
  • Able to recruit in multi-state environments.
  • 7 + years of related recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment; person injury legal industry knowledge preferred. 

  • Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel), social media, and applicant tracking systems like LinkedIn, Indeed, and ZipRecruiter. 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.  

  • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills 

  • Strict adherence to Firm philosophy and mission statement 

  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is required for this role.
