Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Paralegal to support a legal team by independently managing a variety of commercial contracts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract administration, exceptional attention to detail, and experience working in either a law firm or a corporate legal department.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial contracts independently.
• Prepare and administer:
  • Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
  • Master Services Agreements (MSAs)
  • Agency Agreements
• Ensure contracts comply with company policies and legal requirements.
• Maintain accurate contract documentation and records.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and provide legal support throughout the contract lifecycle.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external business partners.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years of paralegal experience in a law firm or corporate legal department.
• Demonstrated experience independently handling commercial contracts.
• Strong understanding of contract law and legal documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including:
  • Microsoft Word
  • Microsoft Excel
  • Microsoft Outlook

Preferred Qualifications

• Paralegal Certification is a plus.
