About the Opportunity
We are partnering with a nationally recognized law firm to identify a Healthcare Attorney with a strong foundation in regulatory compliance and a demonstrated interest in digital health and telehealth. This role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and regulatory strategy, supporting both established organizations and high-growth, venture-backed clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise healthcare, digital health, and telehealth clients on federal and state regulatory compliance, including Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, and HIPAA

• Structure and support healthcare transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and management services arrangements

• Provide guidance on multi-state telehealth regulatory frameworks, including prescribing requirements, licensure, and interstate compact considerations

• Partner with emerging companies and venture capital stakeholders on digital health structuring, financing diligence, and go-to-market compliance strategies

• Draft, review, and negotiate healthcare-specific agreements, including clinical trial agreements, Business Associate Agreements (BAAs), and value-based care contracts

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare law
• Demonstrated expertise in regulatory compliance and transactional matters
• Exposure to digital health, telehealth, or healthcare innovation environments
• Strong analytical, communication, and client management skills
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
