About The Role
Resilinc is redefining supply chain intelligence with cutting-edge AI, and we’re looking for a Legal Operations Manager who’s ready to scale and modernize how legal gets done. In this dynamic role, you’ll partner with in-house counsel to drive operational excellence across contract management, compliance, research security, and IP—while helping architect the legal infrastructure of a fast-growing SaaS company.
You won’t just support legal—you’ll transform it. From streamlining workflows and optimizing vendor relationships to implementing legal tech and surfacing insights through data, you’ll bring structure to complexity and help us move faster, smarter, and more securely.
You'll be a critical connector between Legal, Research Security, Finance, Compliance, HR, and Ops—translating legal nuance into actionable strategy and ensuring we scale responsibly across markets and borders. What You Will Do
Contract Management
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and revising SaaS agreements, NDAs, vendor agreements and other legal contracts.
- Manage the lifecycle of customer and vendor contracts, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and maintaining records of all company contracts.
- Serve as a point of contact for contract-related inquiries from internal departments and external counter-parties. Organize and maintain the company’s contract management system, ensuring all agreements are properly filed and accessible.
Legal Research & Compliance
- Conduct legal research on topics related to SaaS-specific regulations, including data privacy (GDPR, CCPA), artificial intelligence, intellectual property rights, and software licensing.
- Assist the legal team with preparing responses to legal inquiries, proposals, assessments, and audits.
- Support the compliance team with maintaining up-to-date policies and procedures to ensure adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
- Monitor changes to applicable laws and ensure compliance with federal, state, and international regulations affecting the SaaS industry.
Vendor & Customer Support
- Assist with the management of legal matters involving third-party vendors, including reviewing and maintaining vendor contracts.
- Support the legal team in responding to legal requests, including contract negotiations and handling legal inquiries.
Legal Operations Support
- Assist with the implementation of legal technology solutions, including contract lifecycle management (CLM) platforms, equity management, and compliance tracking tools.
- Maintain and update legal templates and playbooks used by the company’s legal team and other departments.
- Provide administrative support to the legal department, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing files.
- Work closely with internal teams, including sales, finance, product, and operations, to ensure contract terms and organizational policies and processes are understood and adhered to.
- Prepare regular reports on matter management, contract status, compliance issues, and other relevant metrics.
What You Will Bring
- 4+ years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in a high-growth SaaS or tech company.
- Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certification from an accredited program.
- Familiarity and substantial experience with SaaS agreements, software licensing, and technology-related legal issues.
- Strong understanding of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and compliance requirements in the SaaS industry.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with various departments and external clients.
- Proficiency with legal technology solutions, including contract management systems, document management platforms, equity management platforms and e-discovery tools.
What Will Make You Stand Out
- Familiarity with SaaS contract structures (e.g., subscription agreements, service-level agreements, and NDAs).
- Experience working with contract lifecycle management (CLM) platforms such as Ironclad, DocuSign, or similar.
- Knowledge of intellectual property laws, software licensing agreements, and other SaaS-specific legal issues.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
