About the job:The Paralegal IV serves as a senior-level legal support professional, providing advanced assistance to attorneys and internal stakeholders across a broad range of legal matters. This role is responsible for drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts; conducting legal research; and responding to base-level legal inquiries. Operating with a high degree of autonomy, the Paralegal IV supports legal operations and compliance initiatives, often acting as a liaison between legal and business units. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong analytical skills, sound legal judgment, and the ability to manage complex workloads with minimal supervision.
What you’ll be doing:
- Draft, review, and revise a wide range of contracts and legal documents, including NDAs, service agreements, and vendor contracts, under attorney supervision.
- Conduct preliminary legal research and analysis on statutes, regulations, case law, and legal precedents to support internal legal inquiries.
- Respond to base-level legal questions from internal departments, escalating complex matters to in-house counsel as needed.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of contract templates, playbooks, and legal process documentation.
- Support compliance initiatives by monitoring regulatory changes and preparing summaries for legal and business teams.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather information and ensure legal documents align with business objectives and risk tolerance.
- Manage contract lifecycle processes, including intake, tracking, execution, and archiving using contract management systems.
- Prepare legal memoranda, summaries, and reports for internal use and decision-making.
- Liaise with external counsel on routine matters and assist in managing outside legal spend.
- Provide litigation support, including document collection, review, and preparation of discovery materials.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards in all work performed.

About you:What you’ll bring:
- Associate degree in Paralegal Studies or related field required; Bachelors degree in Paralegal Studies or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Paralegal certificate required.
- 7+ years related experience preferred.

This job requires the ability to occasionally work in stressful conditions and remain focused for extended periods of time. Ability to lift up to 30 pounds; boxes, documents and/or other items.
