Job Overview:
Bilingual Intake/Litigation Support Agent staff members are both the face of the company and the first representatives to make a positive impact on our clients' lives. As a bilingual Intake/Litigation Support Agent , you are responsible for creating a welcoming environment through top-notch customer service skills and communication. You will drive our company’s momentum by continually seeking to improve your personal performance and customer experience. As a bilingual Intake/Litigation Support Agent, you will need to be able to effectively communicate with clients while always keeping respect and concern for the clients as their primary focus. Bilingual Intake/Litigation Support Agent are expected to operate successfully in a technologically centered, fast-paced environment that requires focused data entry, time management, and collaboration with fellow call center agents. You will be responsible for effectively getting client signatures.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Obtain client information by answering telephone calls, interviewing clients, and verifying information via messaging and phone intake.
- Determine client eligibility by comparing client information to set lists of requirements.
- Inform clients by effectively explaining procedures, answering questions, and providing additional directions or resources.
- Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to company standards and guidelines; recommends how to improve procedures to maintain quality and client experience.
- Study new campaign requirements and participate in educational opportunities to continually grow in campaign knowledge.
- Accomplish organization missions by assisting clients with contracts and being willing and available to assist clients’ needs.
- Effectively communicate the company’s visions and goals to clients.
- Reassure and communicate effectively with clients throughout the information-gathering process to ensure client satisfaction.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills:
- You must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Must be fluent in both English and Spanish
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Have superior interpersonal and customer service skills
- Have comprehensive technical skills
- Skilled in data entry
- Have high attention to detail
- Have the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with evolving requirements and priorities
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- $17 - $21/hour
