Legal Assistant, Full-Time

Core responsibilities include the following.
• Perform complex secretarial and clerical duties with the use of legal terminology and the legal process.
• Work directly with attorneys and paralegals with considerable independence.
• Transcribe dictated materials and produces documents and correspondence.
• Proofreading, drafting documents, and scheduling appointments and meetings.
• Maintain attorney calendar, perform general secretarial duties, process mail and billing.
Qualifications:
• Strong communication/phone skills
• Customer service experience preferred
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks with demanding deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Microsoft Office experience a must.
• Excellent typing skills.
• Good follow-up and follow through
