- Bachelor’s Degree Required
Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in a fast paced environment
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel required. Experience with viDesktop preferred.

Position Overview
The Attorney Development Coordinator will work with the Attorney Development team to support associates across offices and practices.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Attorney Development team by tracking evaluation status, scheduling review meetings and providing necessary materials.
- Monitor Real Time Feedback process.
- Assist the Attorney Development team with day-to-day and cyclical reporting.
- Take meeting minutes, track action items, track Attorney Development team meetings.
- Manage annual Attorney Development Team calendar.
- Maintain Attorney Development and Talent/Diversity Lead V&E Connect Resource Pages.
- Create PowerPoint presentations for various internal presentations.
- Book conference rooms and coordinate meeting logistics for various meetings.
- Enter leaves, departures, and transfers into HR Smartsheet.
- Send regular associate workload surveys.
- Attend regular lateral attorney recruitment meetings, take notes and report on open positions and new hires for Attorney Development team.
- Draft and send lateral associate arrival emails.
Secondary Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide general support to the Attorney Development Ops team.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
