We are seeking a highly experienced Commercial Litigation Senior Counsel to join our client’s team. This position is open to candidates residing anywhere in California and offers the flexibility of working virtually or from offices in Los Angeles or Oakland. The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of litigation experience and a passion for leading complex commercial matters with independence and strategic acumen.

• Manage all phases of complex commercial litigation
• Conduct factual investigations, draft pleadings, and manage discovery
• Handle depositions, motion practice, and mediations
• Represent clients in both state and federal court proceedings
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams on litigation strategy and case development
• Potential exposure to administrative proceedings and arbitration

• Active California Bar License
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in commercial litigation
• Experience with state and federal court litigation
• Strong academic credentials and proven legal judgment
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and strategic thinking skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases under pressure
