Associate Tax Attorney – Los Angeles, CA

Key Responsibilities

Structure and advise on mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings

Provide tax guidance on finance transactions, including debt and equity offerings

Advise on tax aspects of real estate investments and developments

Collaborate with clients, deal teams, and internal practice groups to deliver integrated tax solutions

Support due diligence and prepare documentation on tax implications
Qualifications
-
3–6 years of experience as a tax associate at a respected law firm

Strong background in transactional tax matters, including M&A, finance, and real estate

Excellent academic credentials

Active California Bar membership (or eligibility to waive in)

Exceptional writing, analytical, and communication skills
