Starting salary range $52,931.81 with an excellent benefits package including employer paid pension contribution | Employees of The Florida Bar are eligible to apply for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program (PSLF).
Summary function: Provides support to bar counsel.
Required minimum education: Completion of an accredited paralegal/legal course of study (proof required at interview). Juris Doctorate will substitute for this education.
Required minimum professional work experience: Four (4) years of paralegal/legal assistant experience or certified as a Florida Registered Paralegal or Certified Legal Assistant or Juris Doctorate.
Additional information: A legal writing sample is required.
Essential duties and responsibilities: Pleading preparation, Conducts legal research, Assisting in investigations and file reviews, Assisting in trial preparation, Assisting in preparation and submission of public record reviews, Assisting in special projects and preparation and submission of monthly memos. Other duties as assigned.

- Conducting legal and internet research
- Drafting and preparation of pleadings
