At Petrelli Previtera, we’re looking for a client engagement attorney who will be responsible for conducting consultations, and securing new clients for a rapidly expanding firm. As a member of our dynamic, nationally recognized family law firm, you will engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and determine how best to help them navigate their legal journeys. Your role will be pivotal in converting consultations into retained clients while ensuring the firm’s values and excellence are at the forefront of every interaction.

  • Client-Focused Engagement: You’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients, providing them with expert advice and building strong, trusting relationships that lead to successful client retention.
  • Consultation & Retention: Conduct in-depth consultations, assess whether a client should be retained, and guide them through the entire consultation process, including necessary follow-ups.
  • Sales Expertise: Use your sales acumen to showcase the value of our services, communicate the benefits of retaining our firm, and close consultations effectively, ensuring clients feel confident in choosing Petrelli Previtera.
  • Collaboration with Legal Teams: While your focus is on consultations and client retention, you’ll collaborate with attorneys and other team members to ensure a seamless transition of retained clients and efficient handling of their legal matters.

What You’ll Do:

  • Consultations & Client Engagement: Lead consultations for potential clients, assessing their needs and providing expert guidance on family law matters, including divorce, custody, PFAs, and more.
  • Client Retention: Identify when clients should be retained, present the firm’s services clearly, and close the consultation process while ensuring clients feel valued and well-informed.
  • Follow-Up: Handle necessary follow-ups after consultations, ensuring potential clients receive any additional information they need and providing top-tier customer service to encourage retention.
  • Sales-Driven Success: Utilize your sales skills to effectively communicate the firm’s value and close consultations, meeting targets for retention and growth.
  • Case Management Collaboration: Ensure smooth transitions for retained clients by collaborating with other attorneys and staff for case management and client onboarding.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Licensed Attorney in Pennsylvania: You must be licensed to practice law in PA, with a strong familiarity in family law, including divorce, custody, PFAs, and related legal areas.
  • Sales & Client Engagement Experience: A passion for sales, coupled with an ability to connect with clients, build relationships, and drive consultations toward retention.
  • Strong Family Law Knowledge: Expertise in family law is essential, and estate experience is a plus.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: The ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and to empathize with clients during emotional and challenging moments.
  • Self-Motivated & Results-Oriented: A drive to succeed, meet targets, and exceed client expectations with an independent work ethic and a collaborative attitude.
  • Strong Organizational Skills: The ability to manage follow-ups, client information, and consultation processes efficiently, ensuring no details are overlooked.
