Insurance Coverage Defense Attorney (Dallas)

The client is a nationally recognized, AV-rated civil litigation firm – is seeking a talented attorney to join our Dallas office in our Insurance Coverage Defense practice group. This dynamic team handles complex first-party property and third-party liability coverage matters at all stages, including pre-suit coverage analysis and litigation.

• Four to seven years of coverage experience who is eager to grow in a collaborative and fast-paced legal environment.

• The ability to manage multiple projects and respond to urgent matters effectively

• Experience handling first-party property coverage disputes, including, but not limited to, policy analysis, EUO’s, depositions, drafting of pleadings and motions, mediations

Salary

• $110,000 - $160,000/year
