Job: Litigation Attorney

Location: Indianapolis, IN

A part of the Indianapolis legal community for over a decade, Plunkett Cooney is expanding its downtown office and Indianapolis, Indiana in defense practice with the addition of an experienced Litigation Attorney.

The preferred candidate will be an experienced and versatile attorney, with a client-centric philosophy, and who has demonstrated an ability to compete and prosper in complex environments.

To be considered, a candidate must have:

• An interest in growing their practice and client base
• At least five years of experience representing clients in legal matters
• Experience with active litigation in Indiana state and/or federal courts
• Knowledge of and experience with Indiana Trial Rules and court procedures
• A commitment to professional development
• Excellent legal research and writing skills
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• J.D. from an ABA-approved law school
• Book of business is required
• Member in good standing and active in the Indiana Bar
