Role Objective

We specialize in helping DACA recipients get their green cards through their careers (not just through marriage). We are seeking an experienced Business Immigration Attorney to join our growing team in Phoenix. You’ll handle NIW, EB-1, EB-2, EB-3 PERM cases from consult through filing — and provide in-person USCIS interview coverage in the AZ field offices.


Requirements

  • Conduct thorough legal consultations with prospective and existing clients for employment-based immigration matters, including NIW, EB-1, EB-2, EB-3 PERM.
  • Manage cases from start to finish, including strategy development, document preparation, and filing with USCIS/DOL.
  • Prepare clients for USCIS interviews and provide representation (Phoenix-based role).
  • Stay current on immigration law and policy changes impacting employment-based petitions.
  • Collaborate with paralegals and legal assistants to ensure accurate, timely filings.
  • Maintain accurate case notes, deadlines, and compliance with internal workflows.
  • Provide in-person USCIS interview coverage.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Approximately $120,000 annually - Commensurate with experience
