Job Description


We’re seeking a seasoned Contested Litigation Supervisor to direct and elevate the daily operations of our contested foreclosure, eviction, and litigation support teams. This is a crucial position designed for a forward-thinking, results-oriented captain who excels in a rapid-fire legal setting and is dedicated to precision, regulatory alignment, and premier client care. As the department’s primary troubleshooting authority and operational cornerstone, you’ll direct a skilled group of paralegals, legal aides, and administrative personnel while refining workflows, enhancing quality, and fostering ongoing advancement throughout the company.


What You’ll Do

  • Departmental Management: Oversee the routine functions and task assignments of the disputed lawsuit division.
  • Escalation Resolution: Act as the main anchor for intricate dilemmas brought forward by clients, counsel, and internal departments.
  • Referral Assessment: Appraise and analyze incoming case assignments and heightened matters using sound analytical scrutiny.
  • SOP Maintenance: Draft, modify, and implement departmental protocols that match changing client, government, and sector standards.
  • Resource Optimization: Coordinate personnel levels, assignment distribution, and asset planning to reliably hit rigid target dates.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor critical metrics, quality indicators, and client evaluation sheets to guarantee top-tier execution.
  • Quality Assurance: Execute routine case audits and deploy remediation or preventative strategies as required.
  • Team Development: Educate, coach, and assess group supervisors and administrative staff to encourage career advancement and ownership.
  • Process Enhancement: Champion workflow modernization, task automation, and divisional productivity campaigns.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Feature as the face of the lawsuit division during client assemblies, conformity reviews, and executive strategy sessions.
  • Talent Management: Collaborate with Human Resources and Executive Leaders on recruitment, employee appraisals, and future staffing blueprints.
  • Strategic Initiatives: Direct or assist with multi-departmental ventures and company-wide growth targets.


What You Bring

  • Education: University degree or comparable career background.
  • Legal Background: 7+ years of concentrated involvement in default services and/or lawsuit administrative settings.
  • Leadership Experience: 5+ years of managerial or supervisory background within a law firm or a high-capacity operations center.
  • Procedural Expertise: Profound knowledge of courtroom processes, judicial schedules, and statutory compliance mandates.
  • Team Leadership: Proven track record of directing and inspiring staff within intense, time-sensitive settings.
  • Metrics & Auditing: Previous familiarity managing client report cards, operational standards, and government benchmarks.
  • Analytical Skills: Advanced diagnostic talents with the capacity to decipher data trends and streamline team outputs.
  • Core Competencies: Superior interpersonal, conflict-resolution, and network-cultivating skills.
  • Precision: Exceptionally structured, meticulous, and fundamentally devoted to functional exactness.
  • Technical Savvy: Expert command of Microsoft Office; familiarity with Perfect Practice or comparable legal software platforms is an asset.
