*This is a hybrid position and must be located in Central Florida.

In this position, the Scrum Master is a servant leader who supports and drives the daily activities of one or more agile/scrum teams.  In this role, you will champion agile/scrum best practices, facilitate all agile/scrum ceremonies, and partner with our Product Owners and Development Teams to deliver sprint commitments. You will guide your teams on effective self-organization in a trusting and safe environment, remove impediments, oversee performance against KPIs, and coach your teams to higher agile/scrum maturity.

Some of your primary responsibilities may include:

  • Champion agile values, agile principles, and agile framework practices to delight customers and stakeholders. 
  • Guide the Scrum Team's focus on creating high-value Increments that meet the Definition of Done.
  • Remove impediments to the Scrum Team's progress.
  • Build effective partnerships with Product Owners, supporting product backlog management and refinement, release planning, and aligning delivery with stakeholders’ expectations.
  • Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies and ensure they are positive, productive, and efficient.
  • Establish and report KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead by example, embracing change and innovating daily to improve team processes and delivery.
  • Support internal and external communication, improving transparency and radiating information.

Requirements you will need:

  • Total 6+ years’ relevant Agile experience (e.g., Scrum Master, Agile Coach/ Mentor) in 1 or more organizations
  • Agile Certifications, preferably Scrum.org (PSM I + PSM II) or Scrum Alliance (Certified Scrum Master)
  • Proficient in Project methodologies (Waterfall & Agile) Required
  • Experience in web and application development/projects preferred
  • Knowledge and experience with DevOps, Lucid, or other agile software development tools
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a relevant field preferred
