Job Description

Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior IT Project Manager to lead and deliver complex, cross-functional initiatives with a core focus on Salesforce and integrations with other key Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platforms. This role demands a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and project management leadership to drive successful implementation, integration, and optimization of enterprise SaaS solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management & Leadership

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of end-to-end IT projects focused on Salesforce and integrations with other SaaS solutions
  • Define project scope, goals, success metrics, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and executive sponsors.
  • Manage cross-functional project teams, timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications.

Salesforce Program Oversight

  • Serve as the primary liaison for Salesforce-related initiatives, including Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and integrations.
  • Partner with Salesforce administrators, developers, and architects to define technical and functional requirements.
  • Ensure Salesforce solutions align with organizational needs, best practices, and compliance standards.

SaaS Ecosystem & Integration

  • Oversee deployment and integration of SaaS platforms with core systems and data pipelines.
  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and third-party consultants or implementation partners.
  • Collaborate with enterprise architecture and security teams to ensure scalable, secure, and compliant implementations.

Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management

  • Communicate project status, milestones, and risks to senior leadership and business units.
  • Drive change management efforts, including user training, documentation, and post-implementation support.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and user adoption.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 7+ years of IT project management experience, with at least 3 years managing Salesforce or other major SaaS implementations.
  • Experience with Agile, Scrum, and/or hybrid project methodologies.
  • PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or similar certifications are strongly preferred.

Technical Skills

  • Proficient in Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud) and related tools such as Salesforce Revenue Cloud or MuleSoft.
  • Working knowledge of integration platforms (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Azure Functions, Azure LogicApps, MuleSoft) and APIs.
  • Familiarity with SaaS security, compliance (SOC 2, GDPR), and user provisioning practices.

Soft Skills

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience in a legal, financial services, or professional services environment.
  • Background in data migration and master data management.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and enterprise service management tools
